I posted this in the NWOCC, but figured many may not read that forum.
For all you lunar landscape photographers out there, Sunday the 20th is the full moon. Remember, the moon rises at sunset on the full moon, earlier the days before and later the days after. DST changes the actual moon rise times.
For digital exposures of objects lit by the moon @ ISO 400 Full moon 30 seconds @ f4 +/- 1 day 42 seconds @ f4 +/- 2 days 60 seconds @ f4 +/- 3 days 85 seconds @ f4
Since digital has no reciprocity failure, use can use standard equivalents in place of the above. For example, during the full moon, 30 seconds, f8 @ ISO 1600 Remember, lunar lit landscapes are very interpretive subjects, so experiment with the exposures. Exposure of the moon itself will be similar to any other sun lit object.
For you film users, the exposures will be considerably longer due to reciprocity failure.
